The loft features a comfortable king bed, enhanced by cross-ventilation windows for an ultimate tropical experience.

Decorated in an elegant Tropical/Asian style, the space is accessorized with vibrant Hawaiian prints. A sleeper sofa with a Queen innerspring mattress is available for additional sleeping arrangements. Enjoy entertainment with an LG TV in the living area and Roku access in the master suite. To keep you connected, free WiFi from Spectrum is provided for all your electronic devices. The dining area features a glass-topped table with four armchairs, and you’ll find a spacious table for six on the lanai—ideal for savoring breakfast.

The full-sized kitchen is a culinary delight, complete with a whisper-quiet dishwasher, a 5-burner stove, a French door refrigerator with an ice maker, and a microwave. Small appliances including a toaster, coffee grinder with drip coffeemaker, electric kettle, rice cooker, hand mixer, and blender are also included for your cooking needs. You'll have all the necessary dishes, glassware, flatware, and cooking supplies to create your meals. For your convenience, a large capacity LG stacked washer and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board, are provided.

The airy Master suite features a king-size bed adorned with fresh linens and a captivating bed cover. For your entertainment moments, enjoy a ROKU TV and internet access, along with a closet filled with plenty of Hawaiian beach gear. The en suite Master bathroom includes a custom built Roman bathtub/shower combination designed for comfort.

For your ease, starter paper items, laundry and dish soaps, as well as shower and hair supplies are provided. Additionally, spices can be found in the pantry, allowing you to enhance your home-cooked meals.

Trade winds and fans serve as standard cooling systems in this lovely condo. The high-velocity fans effectively circulate fresh air, ensuring a comfortable temperature during your stay, especially at night. Extra blankets and additional fans are also available for those particularly warm days.

Conveniently located close to the Princeville Shopping Center, various restaurants, jogging paths, and two golf courses, you'll find several stunning beaches just a short drive away. Tune into local radio station 90.9 KKCR for a mix of Hawaiian music and engaging talk shows during your stay, capturing the essence of the island vibe.

Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is before 10 AM, accommodating up to five guests comfortably. Please note that reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment.

Be aware of our deposit policy: due to the effects of certain sunscreens, we will charge for any stained or bleached linens. We kindly ask you to shake off sand before entering to preserve our facilities. For larger groups, inquire about the adjoining "lock-out" unit, which offers another full bathroom and sleeping area with a King bed, maximizing your comfort and privacy.
